WHAT DO WE DO

We will detail some of the services that we are able to help our clients with below, as we are able to provide assistance throughout entire product development process in a variety of ways. Some of these aspects include concept development and improvement, computer aided design (CAD) including renderings and more, prototyping, intellectual property, manufacturing, marketing and more. CAD 3D MODELING & RENDERINGS

Many aspects of product development are facilitated by the use of computer aided design/CAD. This includes initial design and ease of making iterative design revisions, product testing/stress analysis, as well as creation of renderings and other marketing literature. In addition, 3D printing and other rapid prototyping methods (such as CNC machining), design and creation of production tooling, and communication to manufacturers can be done with these same (or modified versions) of these CAD files.

For this, we prefer to use SolidWorks CAD as this allows us to collaborate with industry vendors worldwide with a standardized format.

PROTOTYPING SERVICES

We have a full R&D research and development machine shop and 3D printer in-house, giving us the ability to do most prototyping and toolmaking in-house. This allows projects to be done with as much direct oversight as possible, which helps to keep things simple, at a low cost, and to reduce the chance of error or delay. We are able to do both precision machining and 3D printing, with our machine shop having the ability to maintain tolerances within one thousandth of an inch.

Both 3D printed and conventionally machined including functional prototypes and other variations to suit your needs.

USPTO PATENT AND IP SERVICES

One of our specialties includes working with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the filing and passing of patents for client product projects. This process includes searching for prior art, drafting of the patent, and filing with a USPTO registered patent agent.
