The New Product Development (NPD) process is straight forward and is illustrated by our founder with the below NPD Flowchart. This is an outline of the process we prefer to streamline the product development. Our process has taken into account areas of potential hangups or issues and is the most efficient way to bring new products from design to completion while also reducing costs and any possible wasted time.
Decades of experience have gone into this process to refine it to be most inclusive of possible setbacks which could possibly arise. With the use of our streamlined process, we are able to effectively bring client projects through the development process so they can ultimately be manufactured, distributed and sold to the marketplace.
We are continually brought projects by prospective clients who have experienced significant problems dealing with under experienced engineers and product developers. Overall process descriptions provided by these groups, such as other product development flowcharts and infographics are often times inaccurate or incomplete, and may not take into account all possible scenarios which may arise throughout the development of a product idea. Forethought regarding some of these scenarios can be vitally important to successfully developing a project on-time and on-budget, the oversight of which could create major set backs in development.
