All services rendered are assumed to be placed in the State of Arizona. The law of the State of Arizona shall apply when construing or enforcing this transaction, and Maricopa County, Arizona shall be the venue for any legal proceeding arising out of this transaction.

In the event of a dispute regarding the service, or services rendered, in the event suit or action is instituted to enforce any provisions thereof, New Product Development Services, assumes no responsibility for the challenging party's attorney's fees.

After a project has not been actively funded for more than 30 days, or work has not been fully paid for, and or client has failed to maintain contact with us on a monthly basis, beyond this point we cannot be held responsible for keeping client materials and or files. Without correspondence from client monthly, project materials and other related items will be considered abandoned property and forfeited, either destroyed or sold to cover any outstanding invoice.
