For individual inventors, start-ups, and small to large sized companies we offer comprehensive and affordable manufacturing services. We can provide in-house short-run manufacturing, and large scale high production manufacturing in association with our domestic and international vendor partners.

In addition to prototyping, we are able to carry out short-run manufacturing in-house, and for larger scale, high production manufacturing, we work with our domestic USA and international vendor partners in Taiwan and Vietnam (as China is no longer used).

We are also able and experienced with the creation of manufacturing tooling, as well as production equipment and machinery to suit the needs of your specific situation. We have knowledge and experience with various manufacturing methods and are also able to provide help in evaluating production processes and offering improvements and solutions to increase efficiency or output.

MACHINERY FOR PRODUCTION

For manufacturers and those looking to manufacture a product, we can provide help in multiple capacities including tooling and production machinery. We offer tool & die making services and are able to design and create tooling such as molds/dies and production fixtures, as well as source vendors to create tooling that is outside the size scope of our in-house machine shop.

In addition to tooling we can provide help with design and creation of manufacturing equipment and machinery to suit the needs of your specific situation. We have knowledge and experience with various manufacturing methods and are also able to provide help in evaluating production processes and offering solutions to improving efficiency or output.

TOOLING CAPABILITIES

We have a full machine shop on-site that allows us to create tooling and perform precision machining operations that fall within our size scope. For projects that are beyond the this scope, we have outside industry contacts that we can work with as well.
