NPDS provides clients ranging from individuals through large sized companies with design, engineering, development, prototyping, manufacturing consulting and product management services.

We offer help throughout the entire design and development process including initial conceptual design refinement to the store shelf. ORDER SERVICES

ENGINEERING, PRODUCT DESIGN, AND PROTOTYPING

Billed at the rate of $115 per hour.

Engineering Services. ME Mechanical Engineering, EE Electronic Engineering, Product Development Engineering, TME Tool Manufacture Engineering Services, and RFQ for Manufactured Cost.
New Product Development and Design Services. Conceptual Product Design, and Engineering Execution of New Product Design in SolidWorks CAD for Manufacture Ready Status.
Prototyping Services. Construction of Conceptual Design, Construction of Static & Functional Prototypes, R & D Services, and Pre-production runs. Materials will be billed separately.
Tooling Design Services to produce a Manufactured Product.

BRAINSTORMING CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Billed at the rate of $180 per hour.

Brainstorming for Concept Development and Design Implementations for Client New Product Concept, that are currently unknown, or undefined by the client.
Brainstorming for Novel, Unanticipated, Non-obvious Improvements for possible Patentable Feature(s), and or Workaround(s) over Prior Art of Concern, as so a Patent May Be Sought.

PATENTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Patent Search and Patent Draft Services

Billed at the rate of $115 per hour.

Patent Consulting, Patentability Reports, Analysis with Opinion.

Billed at the rate of $160 per hour.

Patent Filings by USPTO Registered Patent Agent, via EFS Filer.

Billed at the rate of $160 per hour.

Patent Consulting, OA Office Action Review and Respond

Billed at the rate of $180 per hour.

CREATIVE AND MARKETING SERVICES

Billed at the rate of $160 per hour.

Creation of Investor or Licensing Pitch Decks, Renderings, Videos and Animations, Marketing and Instruction Guides, Sell Sheets, Ad Copy, and New Product Press Releases. Setup and manage Direct to Market, and Media Ad Campaigns.

PRODUCT LICENSING CONSULTING SERVICES

Billed at the rate of $180 per hour.

Evaluation, and recommendations for Licensing Offer, drafting of Proposal Sheets, Term Sheets, Letter of Intent, in preparations for Licensing Agreement.

GENERAL CONSULTING SERVICES

Billed at the rate of $180 per hour.
